Our Programmes

Fight Like a Girl empowers vulnerable women and girls through female-led self-defence, fitness, and confidence-building programmes. Everything we do is about helping girls feel safer, stronger, and more confident, both physically and mentally. With the right support, we give them the space to grow, believe in themselves, and realise their own strength.

Fight Like a Girl: Defend

A continuous, year-round programme offering up to two sessions per week in a safe, female-only environment for girls aged 11–17. Delivered by qualified female coaches registered with England Boxing, the programme supports vulnerable girls to build confidence, resilience, fitness, and self-belief. It is designed for those identified by local safeguarding and community services as needing additional support, including girls in care, survivors of domestic abuse, and those affected by other forms of trauma or exploitation.

Fight Like a Girl: Empower

A structured six-week programme designed to develop self-defence skills, fitness, emotional resilience, and confidence through consistent weekly sessions. It provides supportive, progressive learning while helping participants build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing. This programme is ideal for delivery within youth clubs, schools, women’s groups, and other community-based organisations.

Fight Like a Girl: Inspire

One-off empowerment seminars led by professional female fighters. Each session combines practical self-defence training with inspirational talks that explore the physical and mental meaning of “fighting like a girl,” leaving participants motivated, confident, and empowered. These sessions are designed for businesses, schools, and other organisations with low safeguarding requirements.
